ToucanMail is available to hosting clients of Toucan Internet only and can be used from any Internet connection in the World making it a positive asset to those away from the office. To log in you will need your mailbox username and mailbox password.

ToucanMail enables you to browse emails awaiting delivery from your POP3 account. You can view the full list, view, reply to and delete individual messages. You can also compose new messages.

Clients who have opted for email forwarding will not be able see their messages since they are forwarded immediately on receipt to their third party email box. However they do have the facility to send messages

The pop-up security window has the option to remember your password and username. This can be checked at your discretion. If checked, details will be saved for others who use the same pc. Note that this is a simple email browser and does not use any encryption. Closing the browser window clears the username and password from the system if 'remember password' is left unchecked

Messages with encoded attachments will not be interpreted

Note: this is a beta release. WebMail is a free of charge service that is provided for Toucan Internet's email clients, it is provided "as is", it is unsupported and no guarantee of service is made or implied.
